Safety Policy:

 

• Everyone MUST remain seated while the boat is underway.

• Under the age of 6 must wear a USCG approved life vest while the boat is moving.

• No diving or jumping off the vessel

• DO NOT enter the water until the engine is turned off and the anchor is set.

• If bad weather comes in we will find the nearest shelter on a beach or landing and stay together.

 

Pet Policy: 

 

For passenger safety and comfort, pets are not allowed.

 

Smoking Policy: 

 

Smoking is not allowed on the vessel.  When moored, feel free but please dispose your trash properly.

 

Fishing Policy: 

 

We are not a licensed fishing charter, but if you have a license feel free to drop a line.

Damage Policy:

There will be an additional damage/excessive cleaning charge of $250.00 which will only be charged if damage or excessive cleaning occurs.  We are not responsible for any items or personal property of any kind at any time, left behind, lost or damaged during your charter.

Cancellation Policy:

 

If you cancel with a minimum of 72 hours notice before your charter is scheduled you will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 service fee.  Cancellations inside the 72 hour period before your charter will not be eligible for a refund.  If weather is unfavorable and the Captain calls off the trip or cancels due to other factors, the trip may be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.  Customer no-shows WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  Customers may make changes to the reservation without any fees outside of 72 hours from the scheduled charter.  Keep in mind there will be other charters scheduled, we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
